Frank is the President of the HEB Division of STAR Brokerage, located in the beautiful neighborhood King William in San Antonio, Texas.

He joined STAR in 2015 and he is in charge of opening and maintaining key brand accounts in HEB, and other major retailers and distributors.  He specializes in dairy, bakery, fresh foods, service and private label.  Frank's experience in the industry expands for more than 30 years, having worked at HEB and BDM.

Amongst his expertise in grocery and retail, he excels at closing deals and customer relationships.
