Heather is the President of our STAR Lubbock Division. She has been with the company for since 2011 and is a member of the Affiliated Foods vendor Advisory Council.

Heather has been part of the grocery and retail industry for over 20 years.  She started working for Advantage after high school and then transitioned to BlackBurn Brokerage as a Business Manager in 2004.  Her specializations are hispanic foods, HBC/GM.  She has built a strong and innovative team, overseeing the west Texas coverage area. 
 
She has been married to her husband Joel for 17 years, and they have a son named Ryan with whom they are involved in track racing.
