We Attended the Spring Affiliated Foods Show and Here's What We Learned! 👀

We recently attended the Affiliated Foods Show in April 2023, and we had a great time! We met with many of our clients and learned about the latest trends in the food industry. Here are some of the things we learned at the show:

  • Consumers are looking for healthier and more sustainable options. Many of the exhibitors at the show were showcasing products that were made with natural ingredients or that were produced in a sustainable way.

  • There is a growing demand for plant-based foods. We saw many exhibitors showcasing plant-based products, such as vegan meats and cheeses.

  • Functional foods are becoming more popular. Functional foods are foods that have added health benefits, such as probiotics or omega-3 fatty acids.

We were also able to meet with some new potential clients at the show. Also, we are excited to continue working with our clients and helping them grow their businesses.

Overall, attending can be a lot of work, and it can be expensive to send a team of people. A food broker can represent your brand at the show and handle all of the details, freeing up your team to focus on other aspects of your business. If you're looking to increase exposure, build relationships, gain insights, and save time and money, a food broker can be a valuable asset!

The show was held on March 23-24, 2023 at the Amarillo Civic Center in Amarillo, TX, and featured over 400 exhibitors, more than 1,000 brands, and a variety of educational sessions.

We would like to thank Affiliated Foods for hosting a great show! We look forward to attending in the fall.
