Did you know that Castello cheeses have been around since 1893?!



Not only are they exquisite delicacies accessible to everyone for lots of every day recipes or just to enjoy by themselves and have won various excellence awards and cheese competitions, but also their parent company ARLA foods is focused on sustainability as a high priority starting with happy cows to pledging 100% recyclable packaging by 2025.




Their Havarti and Danish Blue Cheeses have been granted Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). Look for the sticker on the side of the packaging.


Some of the local cheeses are produced in Wisconsin since 2010. Their Smoked Gouda and Edam flavor is actually given through a smoker they have at their facility, not just being injected with the flavor. Their cheeses are made with 100% natural ingredients and have a taste perfect for any time of day whether you are looking for a filling bite in-between meals, a quick snack or a solid breakfast or lunch.



All of their products are made with the highest quality standards, and that really reflects on their outstanding flavor!
